1. ‘Order value’ is defined as the total net value of the products purchased from Corpdata after deducting any discounts and before the addition of VAT.

2. An order is a single order. Orders cannot be combined nor aggregated. For orders to qualify, payment must be made within terms of the invoice.

3. ‘Qualifying Orders for Draw Entry’ are orders with an ‘Order Value’ of greater than £300 and less than £3000. For each whole £300 of ‘Order Value’ you will receive one entry into the draw to win a Nikon 5200.

4. ‘Qualifying Orders for a Nikon 5200 are orders with an ‘Order Value’ of greater than £3000.

5. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or any other offer.

6. To qualify orders must be raised no later than the end of business day February 28 2014.

7. One entry to receive a Nikon D5200 for each £300 (ex VAT) of each order, therefore £600 in a single order allows two entries.

8. Orders over £3000 qualify for a Nikon D5200 but do not also qualify for our draw.

9. There is no cash alternative or any option to exchange for an alternative item.

10. In the unfortunate event of a Nikon D5200 being unavailable, Corpdata reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.  

11. This offer is being made by Corpdata Limited for your company, any person receiving a Nikon camera will need to confirm that it is received on that basis, and that they are accepting the camera on behalf of their Company and that the camera becomes the property of their Company.

12. The winner of the draw also agrees to the use of their name, photograph and details as part of post winning publicity.  

13. Delivery of the prize will be to the registered address or the office address of the winner.

14. The camera will be shipped by registered post to a UK addresses as soon as possible after full payment has been received and processed (normally with 28 days). It will require a signature on receipt.

15. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
