This delivery policy describes how Corpdata Limited products are delivered to customers. All Corpdata products are digital, so are downloaded by the customer.
If a Corpdata product is licensed directly by a customer, Corpdata Limited will send an email to the purchasing contact at the customer organisation. This email will contain a link to download their product.
If a Corpdata product is licensed by a customer via an intermediary, such as a List Broker, Corpdata Limited will send an email to the agreed contact at the agreed organisation. This email will contain a link to download their product. If the product is downloaded by an intermediary, the product must only be used as agreed in a written contract between the intermediary and the customer organisation, and only in accordance with Corpdata Limited terms and conditions.
As required under GDPR Corpdata may need to provide updates to the licensed data. Notification that update files are ready for download will be emailed using the same mechanism as described in Direct Delivery and Delivery via an Intermediary.
