The Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) is a free central opt out register, allowing corporations to record a preference not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing calls (either to all, or selected telephone numbers for that organisations). Once recorded, your preference must be adhered to by organisations, failure to do so constitutes breaking the law.
