Terms and conditions
In these Terms and Conditions the following terms have the following meanings:
Balloon; a passenger carrying hot air balloon registered with the Civil Aviation Authority.
Flight Provider; the company or individual who is contracted to provide the flight.
Reseller(s); a company or individual purchasing Corpdata products to be licensed and used by a third party.
- Offer only available to Resellers of Corpdata products.
- Points will be accrued for orders placed by Resellers during the period of Monday 23 June 2008 to Thursday 31st July 2008. Orders placed before or after these dates will not be eligible for inclusion or points.
- Upon ordering, points will be allocated to the named contact placing the order. Where several contacts within the same organisation exist, points cannot be combined.
- Points will be given according to the value of the order placed, as follows:
Order Points Less than £500 (ex VAT) 25 Points £501 - £2000 (ex VAT) 50 Points More than £2000 (ex VAT) 100 POints - Resellers' reaching a total of 300 points within the dates in Section 2 will receive 5 tickets for a champagne hot air balloon trip.
- Offer does not apply to orders placed via Bartercard, either as part of full payment.
- Balloon vouchers will only be dispatched after full payment
has been received within Corpdata's standard terms of payment. - Corpdata reserves the right to disqualify orders should invoiced amounts remain unpaid on or after agreed payment terms.
- Recipients must confirm in writing that they receive any the balloon tickets on behalf of their employing company, and in so doing confirm that the vouchers are the property of their respective employer.
- Corpdata is unable to substitute a cash alternative for any qualifying order.
- Offer does not apply to purchases made via Sureshot or Sales Turbine.
- Points accrued during this offer are unrelated to points accrued for the Corpdata Loyalty Scheme. Resellers' will still collect points for the Cordata Loyalty Scheme during this time.
- Corpdata assumes no responsibility for events during a balloon flight. All responsibility remains that of the flight provider.
- Corpdata is unable to provide a substitute prize should a balloon flight be canceled or postponed. All communication should be direct to the flight provider.
- Employees, agents, affiliates, officers or directors of Corpdata are not eligible for entry to this competition.
- Corpdata accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury occured during a balloon flight. All matters relating to personal and public insurance are the responsibility of the flight provider.
- Corpdata reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
- Receipt of the balloon vouchers confirms the recipient's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Cameron Flights Southern Ltd. These are available from Corpdata upon request.
