Q: How quickly will I receive the data?

We aim to process and supply all data purchases on the same day.

Q: How is the data supplied?

Email Delivery (Same Day Delivery)
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Registered Post)
Next Day Delivery (Courier)

The data can be supplied in a variety of formats. The most common are Ascii, dBase, Excel. Please let us know if you require an alternative format and we will do our best to accomodate this.

Q: Is the data we sell validated on a regular basis?

Yes – All Corpdata data is tele-researched on a 6 month rolling cycle, resulting in an average data age of just 94 days.

Q: Do we sell consumer lists?

No, we only research and sell business-to-business lists. Corpdata can source consumer lists on your behalf should you have a requirement.

Q: Is there a minimum order size?

A minimum order value of £200 applies to all data orders.

Q: Do we hold email addresses?

Yes – Approximately 70% of Corpdata records include Email addresses. Unlike many suppliers, Corpdata can supply these email addresses in spreadsheet format, or we can broadcast your email campaign for you.

Q: Are personalised email addresses available?

Yes – Corpdata research both generic and personalised Email addresses.

Q: Are Email addresses guaranteed?

No – Email Addresses are not covered by our data guarantees due to higher than normal decay rates and bounces caused by reasons other than data quality.

Q: Can we search by 1992 SIC Codes?

Yes – Searches can be conducted by our own Industry codes, Key words and 1992 SIC Codes.

Q: Are multiple contacts available at each site?

Yes, the Corpdata Files have up to 13 different decision-makers:

Q: Is data charged per company?

No – Data is charged per contact not per company.

Q: Can we search for Employees nationally?

Yes – Corpdata files enable employee searches to be done both onsite and nationally.

Q: Can we search by Turnover?

Yes, however not all our data is populated with this field. Where turnover isn’t available we can use an equivalent employee size instead.

Q: Can we search by the number of sites each company has?

Yes – Corpdata records include how many sites an organisation has and the status of each site. Searches may include/exclude Head Office, Regional Headquarters, Branches & Single Sites.

Q: Can we search by the IT & Telecomms infrastructure used by companies?

Yes – Both software & hardware information is available in our FOCUS databases.

Q: Do we operate a reseller program?
